Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding holidays, after order receipt or credit card approval. If you haven't received a shipment notification after 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at email customer@voghion.sg for assistance.
If all items in the order are from overseas warehouses, users in Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands can expect to receive their orders within 7 business days.
If the order contains non-overseas warehouse items, the shipping time is as follows:
- UK Delivery: 15-20 Business Days
- DE Delivery: 15-20 Business Days
- FR Delivery: 15-20 Business Days
- All Other Countries: 15-24 Business Days
